Your ill advised delays have largely ruled out appendicitis by passing the survival test. If your problem had been appendicitis it would be long past gangrenous and you would likely be dealing with an abscess at this point. My point is that not wanting to go see the doctor has absolutely no bearing on your actual problem. I deal with far too many patients with complications solely due to their delay in seeking help. I will take to my grave the memory of a 48 year old man who had multiple bouts of right upper quadrant pain  that followed meals over a nine month period. A pretty obvious gallbladder history. I met him when he showed up in the ER with necrotizing pancreatitis due to passage of a gallstone. Despite everyone's best efforts he was dead 6 hours after his arrival in the ER leaving two teenage daughters and a widow to raise them. Maybe he hated doctors also. You will not obtain a diagnosis from this forum. You have been given good advice to seek medical attention and have ignored it. You are lucky that your first guess was wrong but you deserve a valid diagnosis.

I believe he is saying that you do not have an appendicis.  I believe he is saying that this could be something simple or it could be something very serious, and you need to see a doctor in person to determine the problem.

The evaluation of patients with a chief complaint of abdominal pain requires obtaining a thorough history, a careful examination, and appropriate tests or imaging studies. Years of training and many more of experience add to the efficiency and accuracy of the diagnostic process. The fact that the spectrum of disease ranges from simple nuisance to eminently lethal adds to the importance of an experienced diagnostician. The fact that gastrointestinal, urinary, nervous, endocrine, reproductive, vascular, lymphatic, or musculosketetal systems may be involved adds to the complexity. You may not like the answer but random answers without the full clinical picture from an internet forum is not the best approach to a two month problem that clearly is sufficient to be impacting your life. Do not belittle the value of a trained professional to help you with the problem. I don't ask to fly the airplane when I travel,

Yes the pain goes and comes plse help me without saying go to the doctors. My pain is in the lower right  where the appendix sits. My sister told me if i had appendicitis, my pain would be getting worse cuz my aPpendix pain has been going for like 2 months now but only once the pain was severe and that was in the morning.

The point we are making is that you are not stating your symptoms accurately. You have made an assumption as to what is causing the pain which is not possible without appropriate studies. Appendicitis isone of hundreds of things that can cause pain in the abdomen. The statement that your appendix feels like it getting bigger doesn't make sense. It is possible to have pain originating from the appendix without true appendicitis. An appendicolith can be sitting in the appendix and cause pain as the appendix attempts to expell it. One can also find mucoceles that cause pain. Rather than trying to make a random guess as to it's origin, you would be better served to obtain appropriate medical evaluation. so a more accurate diagnosis could be made and reasonable therapy prescribed.

By "appendix pain", do you mean pain in your lower right hand quadrant?  There is such a thing as chronic appendicitis, but this is rare.

I agree with patient915. If by chance you were actually able to figure out that your pain was from an inflammed appendix your delay in seeking medical attention would have resulted in the appendix becoming gangrenous and perforating usully after about 4 hours of symptoms. I agee that, in the absence of other signs / symptoms of an inflammatory process simple constipation would be the most likely diagnosis. The fact that you don't like physicians doesn't change the fact that untreated appendicitis had a mortality rate of 98% so it's a good thing that your self diagnosis is wrong. Time to hire a professional.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  What do you mean your appendix is hurting?  Do you mean that you have pain in your lower right quadrant?  It sounds like you are constipated.  I would recommend seeing your doctor about this, even if you don't like them.
