Hi. I'm sorry you're having this. How do you treat the LRP reflux? Are you taking medication? I know it is one that lifestyle changes can help. Losing a bit of weight, changing up the diet, NOT wearing any binding clothing, and minimizing stress are ways that it can be helped without medication. It can cause a mucus issue which perhaps may be causing your issue. For that? I have my own thing I do as I have a son that can have an odor at certain times because of his allergies. He takes a mucinex for a couple days which thins his mucus. It gets rid of that. I do NOT know if anything is going on with you similar to him but mucus can get smelly and trapped. The mucinex thins it so it keeps flowing and doesn't do that. Do you take tums or anything else for it?  So, I'd talk to your doctor about how to eliminate the LRP reflux, begin a bit of a change in diet and try to lose some weight. My reflux does get much better if I lose just a few pounds. So, it is worth it for me. This article that you can copy and paste has info on bad smell in your nose and causes. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/325596  It could be something simple. Take a read of the article and tell me what you think.
