Blood in BM

Hi, I'm 23 years old and I have been having some digestive issues.  I don't have health care so I am concerned about having tests done that I can't pay for.  I'm hoping someone here can give me some advice.  Here are my symptoms:

1. I get constipated frequently.
2. I get bloated frequently.
3. I have been having heartburn and/or indigestion after eating lately.
4. I sometimes get small amounts of blood in my stool. But today there was quite an alarming amount.
5. After the having the blood in the stool I am now light headed.

I can't think of anything else at the moment that would go along with it...

I hope someone can help me.

Thanks.

I agree, it sounds like you need to see a doctor and probably get a colonoscopy.

I would suggest going to a health clinic that has a sliding scale. Do you have hemmroids? Blood in your stool can be caused by a number of reasons including ulcers and polyps in your colon or a sign of a more serious condition. I would try getting into the doctor to get it checked.
