Blood in stool, cramping, nasal sores

I've had blood in my stool for 15 years now and used to have abdominal cramping.  I also seem to have some sores in my nose and sinuses.  I have GERD and had a colonoscopy which showed rectal polyps, neurofibroma.  My flex sig biopsies were negative- so both tests neg for Crohn's/UC.  Is there still a chance I could have Crohn's or UC that was missed?  When I take prednisone I have a bowel movement soon after and feel a little better.

I wonder if after years of mucus stools my body has finally run out of lubricant and now I am having painful stools and hemmarhoids because there is no mucus to help my bowel movements.
I also have this nasal sore and clogged up sinuses which really burn and give an allergic reaction when I rinse with neilmed.  I feel pressure and pain from fluid passing through the left nostril.  I've read that mouth/nasal sores can be signs of Crohn's

the other thing is the pain in my rectal area is less when I take prednisone and I think the end of the colon is the area where Crohn's disease usually occurs
I still get these stools striped with blood and sometimes a lot of bleeding
thanks very much

I still in my early 30s so maybe Crohn's can still appear until you are 35.  The cramping and oily stools with diarrhea that I used to have a lot a few years earlier seem to indicate Crohn's but I don't get cramping anymore.  I'm just worried that something I took messed up my immune system like isoprinosine or the antibiotics I was on.
