Bloody mucus in stool

I have been having diaharea anda growling colon off and on for a few days now. I noticed on the toilet tissue it's a mucusy-blood type. What's happening?

I have been having diaharea and a growling colon with bloody mucus stools. It sort of looks like I just threw up in the toliet  just not from the top end. I know this sounds really yuckie but I thought this was my Celiac Disease. I have just recently been treat for H-Pylori bacteria in my stomach but its been over four weeks since finishing the meds and now im having this issue.Im scared b/c its not like the other type of stool i was passing when I was eating everything that had gluten.
