Immense pain for 12 weeks

It all started with a chest infection that appeared overnight 12 weeks ago. I was in and out of hospital for 3 weeks, with breathing problems, chest and back pain, dizziness, nausea and extreme stomach pain. After a month my chest infection finally subsided with the help of IV steroids and 6 different courses of antibiotics and nebulisers but the rest of the symptoms remain and I find myself doubled over with stomach pain daily. I've had bloods, X-rays and scans and am awaiting an endoscopy but they have no idea what's wrong. I'm only 17 and it's ruining my college work. Any ideas???
