Chest pain after a night of drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes

Chest pain comes and goes the day after a good party night sometimes the pain is lower left side of chest or right in the middle had good EKG and stress test a few of them actually anyone know some answers or suggestions thanks in advance

Anytime you have chest pain, you should contact your doctor for evaluation.  That's nothing to mess around with.  However, it could be indigestion. Alcohol is hard on the esophagus.  Hard on the digestive track.  And indigestion can feel like chest pain. It's an irritant to the stomach too and can cause gastritis which can cause referred chest pain.  But know that BINGE drinking can make your heart beat irregularly.  

Is drinking something that is essential for you?  I would understand that it has an effect every time you do it that can be detrimental to your health.  If it were me, I'd cut back with the goal of eliminating it.
