Your regular doctor can refer you to a Gastroenterologist that is a specilist for digestion disorders. From your description, it appears that you have problems with your upper digestive tract. There is a procedure named Upper GI Series that the doctor can view with an endoscope to look at your esophagus, stomach. You may have a hiatal hernia that produces pressure and pain under your ribs in your diaphragm area. As your chest and abdomial cavities meet, there is an opening in your diaphragm where a portion of your stomach can slip down into the opening causing pressure and pain. This condition and more can be checked when the Upper GI Series is performed. Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining, and may be playing its part in your pain.

It sounds like you have some sort of virus.  I would recommend seeing a doctor.  In the meantime, make sure you are drinking enough fluids so you don't get dehydrated.
