Constant pressure headaches, lower abdomen pain, and difficulty swallowing?

Hi all. I am a 23 year old male, and live a very active/healthy lifestyle (with the exception of drinking alcohol on most weekends). I've been experiencing bloating/lower abdomen pain/sensitivity for the past few years, but in the past month, it has gotten so much worse. Almost every day I have been waking up with a severe pounding pressure at the back of my head, making it almost impossible to study, workout, go outside, and even do small chores as the pain is so bad. My lower abdomen pain/sensitivity has gotten increasingly more painful, and whenever I eat and drink, my abdomen is distended outwards causing pain. Along with this, the past month I have had an ongoing sore throat (no cold or illness), accompanied with difficulty swallowing and a constant need to try to clear it. My hands and fingers have also been appearing more yellowish than usual (Jaundice?). I am kind of worried at this point, as it has been so ongoing and frequent. I'm a first-year med student, so I'm trying my best not to self-diagnose, but I think it might be GERD? I've never had any gastrointestinal issues in the past, or problems relating to acid reflux, but I'm leaning towards that as the reason for my recent pains. I apologize if I'm rambling.. I have not been sleeping well the past couple weeks, and this has been making it worse. I do not drink any caffeinated beverages, and am on 60mg of Vyvanse a day (never had problems with it).
