Stomach Pain ?

Every morning I wake up with a pain that runs from under my left rib cage over to my right rib cage and sometimes around to my back. It seems like when I get up and move around or have a BM the pain goes away. I have been to my GI doctor and he gave me a colonoscopy and said, I had diverticulitis. I also had a endoscopy and he said, I had acid reflux and Barrett's Esophagus. He put me on Nexium 40mg twice a day for the reflux, but he never told me what was causing the pain when I wake up in the morning. I do have bad disc in my lower back, but I don't know if that would cause this pain. I have been TRYING to eat right , but it hard. I just wish I knew what is causing this pain. Any ideas or answers would be appreciated.

please look up Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome and see if your symptoms might be similar. the wikipedea account is written by an SMA survivor and it may provide some insight into your condition. :)
