Could someone Please help me I'm at the end of my rope

I have been like this for almost two years, I had surgery done 2009 for adhesions that they removed from stomache and pelvis, the surgery didnt help and I was back in the hospital for a small bowel blockage they found that I had thickening of the colon wall had every test done and everything came back normal. I started out weighing 140bls and today I weigh 105lbs. I cant eat anything without getting explosive diaherra but now horrible headaches are coming with a bowel movement. They have sent me to a pain managment center and i am on pain meds I also have alot of pain in the pelvic area, back and upper back I just dont know what to do anymore does anyone have any idea or problems like this?

I had a total colectomy last year and also had the GI tube.  After it was taken out I couldn't eat or drink anything at all, had a great deal of abdominal pain and mental confusion.  When I was readmitted to the hospital the following day due to dehydration they discovered I had a fungal infection in my esophagus which was causing my symptoms.  I received IV Nexium and medication to treat the fungal infection.  After about 3 more days in the hospital that solved my problem.  Several doctors missed the diagnosis.  Hope this helps.

No they couldnt go back in to do a surgery when I had the blockage becuz it would have been to dangerous, I was on a gastric tube for about 10 days than a feeding tube I was in the hospital for about a month. They did do alot of tests including the celiac disease everything came back negative. They did do the scope and could see the thickening but said it wasnt cancerous or anything. I just dont know what to do anymore maybe I should just accept this is how its going to be but the horrible head pain is worrying me when I have a bowel movement its like a hot fireball that starts from the stomach than goes to the back and straight up my back to my head and ends at the front of my head, its like hot pressure and its a black out pain

Did they biopsy the wall the the thickened colon, and if so, what did the pathologist say? Did you read the pathology reports? If not, get them and do so. You'd be surprised at what results do not get relayed to a patients. Were you tested for celiac disease?

You may want to consider trying visceral manipulation - a form of osteopathic treatment - to help with the adhesions. Many find it extremely helpful. Check with iahp.com for a person trained in the modality, or call the Barral Institute and ask for a referral.

I also forgot to mention I get very bloated after I try to eat anything and full really quick, I dont have the option of another surgery to go back in and try to remove more adhesions. I;m losing alot of muscle tone in my legs becuz of the weight loss and i'm in constant pain, Has anyone suffered like this from adhesions or is there something else going on?
