H. Pylori- quick question

I have been on Omeprizole for gastritis for nearly a month now, however i havent been getting any better ( despite doubling the dose). i havent been tested for H. Pylori yet (im waiting for my endoscopy) does anyone know if i do have H. Pylori then this miight be the reason i havent improved?

yeah i have made lots of lifesytle changes but still no difference. thanks for your response tho.

It's possible the presence of H. pylori might be the cause. Have you also made dietary and lifestyle changes? They may be necessary to help you feel better. Sometimes meds alone aren't the answer.
