Please help

About a year and a half ago I posted about my now 18 year old daughter. She was having severe constipation and was found to have colonic pseudo obstruction. In August she had a total colectomy with an anastomosis between the small intestine and rectum. Since then she is still having severe abdominal pain, nausea, and even some constipation. We have found ourselves making many doctor's office visits, ER trips, and hospital admissions but no one has an answer for the pain. She is also experiencing extreme fatigue, light headedness,   shortness of breath, hot flashes, and rash. She spends a lot of time in the bed feeling terrible and we don't know what to do anymore. If anyone has been through this or has any suggestions, we would greatly appreciate it.

The rash is definitely circular but doesnt have the ring around it like the lyme rash does.

She was checked for gallbladder problems with ultrasound and CT; gluten intolerance through bloodwork and colonoscopy. All came back negative.

If the rash is distinctly circular (or oval) in appearance check out some pictures of a 'lyme rash' and compare.

Has she been checked for the possibility of gallbladder issues or food intolerances such as gluten intolerance? Is so, how was she tested - it can make a difference.

The rash is a red circle on her neck and her pain is mainly in her lower stomach but sometimes radiates to under her ribs on the right side

It may seem like a strange question, but what type of a rash is she experiencing? Where specifically is the pain located?
