Is the change in my Bowel Movement schedule normal?

Hello, I'm a 21 years old female, I started noticing a strange bowel movement schedule about a few months ago, I will explain thoroughly.. Usually I used to get a bowel movement once everyday right when I get back home from college, It was that regular (sure it's different when I'm sick, but that is not the issue here).. then I started having bowel movement twice a day, when I wake up in the morning and when I get back from college.. after a couple of weeks or so, I started having them three times a day, when I wake up, when I get back and before I go to sleep.. then it developed to become a bowel movement almost everytime I go to the bathroom, like 5-7 times a day!
I should explain that my stool looks kind of constipated, slightly, it is a snake with cracks on the surface, sometimes with undigested food chunks, and othertimes without them. And I don't have abdominal pain.
I didn't make any change in my diet, it's the same forever, I eat breakfast and lunch, sometimes a snack after and no dinner. I didn't take any type of drug or medicine. I never drink alcohol. I usually try to stay warm, as I get cold easily. I drink a lot of water because I had kidney stones in the past, but it is not something I started doing recently, I mean I've been drinking a lot of water since my first year at college and now I graduated so it can't be the reason, right?
Oh, and one last thing I should note.. I excert stool easily, I don't have to sit for half an hour to get something out.. but I always feel that there is still something left behind no matter how hard I try to push, sometimes I have to (sorry for saying that) but sometimes I have to use my finger or a Qtip to get the rest out and I really hate this, it is uncomfortable and I've had it since the day I was born, my mom used to use Qtips to get my stool out when I cry because I can't.. but as I said, it is not something that started recently.
So, I can't tell why my bowel movement increased! And is it normal or not?
