Do I have complications from yersinia enterocolitica?

Hi there, I've been sick for almost 3 months, seeing tons of Drs and getting lots of tests.  It started with numbness tingling and fatigue, so dr was thinking something neurological.  Eventually a couple of months ago my stomach became involved and I was bloated with bad pain, reflux and diarreah.  I ended up at the er twice from pain and difficulty breathing when lying down.  I eventually was treated for a UTI based on two Urine analysis, despite the lack of regular symptoms.  The antibiotics sèem to make it worse. On  Friday I got a call from my Dr and the second stool sample showed yersinia enterocolitica.  I immediately started new antibiotics and I have now taken 4 doses. I can't sleep without taking a sleeping pill but my breathing feels difficult before falling asleep after taking medication.  Despite our warm house I was absolutely freezing last night.  Reflux is so bad that I'm on a liquid diet.  Do I wait to see if I feel better soon or should I be calling the Dr tomorrow?
