Everything I eat give me diarrhea and my belly hurts, should I see a doctor?

So for the past month I've had problems with stomach pain and eating any food. Literally any food I eat lately has me rushing me to the bathroom. Sometimes 30min after eating and sometimes 2 hours after eating, I'll all of a sudden get horrible stomach pains and have to rush to the bathroom. It's always diarrhea and it even makes me nauseous. At first I thought it was the dairy in foods, since almost everyone in my family is lactose intolerant. So I cut out all dairy but it hasn't solved the issue. And at the start of this week my belly button has started to hurt and is sensitive. It has a clear discharge occasionally. But I'm unsure why because I clean my belly button every time I shower . Any ideas on what's going on? I am currently switching to a different health insurance and it won't kick in till next month. So I really don't want to go to the doctor unless absolutely needed. Please help thank you!

I know it isn't great to go to the doctor without insurance as far as money is concerned, but this is not something you want to mess around with- I'd go in and be seen.  If it helps, I've had several times of going without insurance and most doctors are very happy to work with you as far as payments- or discounts so you can afford it.  Let us know how you are!
