I am 29 yrs old and in Dec of 2009 I started to get bad cramping pains in my side, come to find out I was having gallbladder attacks and I would have them about twice a month the pain would last for hours and even cause my to throw up at times. I told my Nursing instructor about them and she gave this gallbladder cleanse to try and after a few months of thinking about it and in the mean time still having attacks I decided to try it and it worked!! It's easy to do and only takes a day. I passed hundreds of stones and I have not had an attack. I can eat ice cream, cheese, and have dairy again. I did my cleanse in Sept of 2011. And I recommend it, it beats having surgery.

You should try to eat a low fat diet. Stay away from greasy food, spicy food, and starchy food for a couple days. If you remember what you ate before having the attack, this could be helpful in showing you what could have set the attack off. If you do remember, try to stay away from that food.
