Gallbladder? Going crazy

Hello everyone...I am going crazy.

Here's a list of my symptoms:
1.  It's been a year since I started getting symptoms.
2.  Initially it started with only constipation and lower left sided pain/pressure.  MD put me on Metamucil.
3.  Symptoms continued and now started to include headaches, neck pain, lots of gas and mucous in the stool.
4.  MD has done liver function tests (slightly elevated), abdominal ultrasound (showed some fatty liver - his advice was to exercise and loose weight), colonoscopy (negative), sigmoidoscopy (negative), CT scan with and another with contrast (negative).  He also tested me for celiac disorders (negative).

It's been a year and I continue to have symptoms.  I get daily headaches, lightheadedness, difficulty concentrating.  Anything I eat seems to make me very gassy and bloated.  Whenever I sit (either driving or at my desk) I notice a sharp pinch below my right rib which gets worse if I take deep breaths.  

Also, I am a preacher - whenever I finish preaching a sermon I feel the irritation throughout me speaking and moving in the pulpit.  At the end of the sermon I can feel the pinching below my right rib and if I rub it...it hurts more.  

Have struggled with back pain.  Definitely feel it below by shoulder blades.  Also, my lower left side continues to bother me.  Hurts more when I know I have not pooped or have lots of trapped gas.

Anyway, I am desperate for them to give me a diagnosis.  I also notice that in the center of my chest, right below the ribs I can also feel that pinching/irritating pain...

Anyone w/ similar symptoms...?

I have an endoscopy on Monday.  Once that's over...if there are no findings then my doc will refer me for a HIDA scan since they have not found any gallbladder stones.

I am so tired and only 31 years old...  I'm very sad today!!!!!!!!!!

All negative!!!!!!  Yuck...but I still feel awful.  Dizzy feeling all the time, wierd abdominal pain on left and right side.  

I am no scheduled for a HIDA scan on Thursday.

Wierd thing is that anytime I go to the bathroom i continue to have lots of gas (embarassing since I have probably passed gass for 5 seconds or more at a time)...lots of constipation - so I take daily metamucil.

I also notice that when I come back to the bathroom there's this faint ammonia like scent...

I know it's all very frustrating but often it takes many steps to find the problem.  You're doing the right thing by ruling out causes one by one.  Hang in there, they will find the problem and you can get some relief.  Patience is hard when you're in pain, but it's what's needed right now.  But don't give up until you do have an answer.  Best wishes.
