Hi , i hope im in the right form buttt... i noticed that my bowe movements seem to be a light color to yellow color , what could this mean? is something attacking my Digestive system

I would recommend changing your diet to eating healthy foods without a lot of fat and preservatives.

i havent been eating full meals for about half a month.
the only symptom i have is enlarged lymph nodes which started shortly my poss. exposure to hiv

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Has your diet changed at all?  Are you having any other symptoms?  How long has this been going on for?
