Need of major help!!!

Hope there is time for me to tell my story and sorry because its so long. I am a 19 year old female. I moved to a different state almost 2 years ago and ever since have been very sick. I was sick previously but not like this. In my home state I was diagnosed OCD and depression at 12 along with IBS and GERD at about 15. This caused me to miss about half a year of school in which case had to drop out and get my GED because I no longer could continue. Probably after about 3 months of living here I began having problems eating. I could barely even drink water without feeling sick. I started to lose weight, and in just 2 months I lost a total of 45 pounds. I had pretty much every test imaginable done, an upper endoscopy, a colonoscopy, multiple upper GI's, and ultrasounds. Couldnt seem to find a problem. I then had a few tests done and found out I had a sluggish gallbladder. I got that removed on March 14th 2008. I started to notice about a week later these excrutiating pains in my left side that led to gurgling in my stomach which then led to diarrhea. Everything I ate went right through me which Ive heard people experience after this surgery. During this surgery the surgeon noticed that I had an inflammed appendix and a few spots of endometriosis. On May 24th 2008 I had my appendix removed. Still did not notice improvement. Ive had ovarian cysts also which have caused abdominal pain. I had surgery on March 17th to remove my endometriosis and scar tissue along with cutting a nerve in my abdomen. I got diagnosed recently with POSSIBLE bile gastritis which they are not sure of yet. For the past year I have been struggling with weight loss, nausea after EVERYTHING I eat, severe constipation, severe abdominal pain/cramping/gas. Everything is getting worse, nothing has gotten better. It has prevented me from doing a lot of things within this period of time because all I want to do is lay around. I dont go out with my friends anymore because of the fear of having an intestinal attack while im out. Everybodys pretty much stopped talking to me. I cant force myself to go to school and I cant hold a job. My body is like disinigrating because im so out of shape from always laying around. Im fatigued all the time. I dont eat healthy like I should. All this has caused me to become extremely depressed and a hermit. Ive had pretty much every test out there done and pretty much all the doctors have given up on me saying its all in my head and theres nothing else they can do but I know that its not all in my head. I dont know where else to turn. I just feel like dying. My parents dont know what else to do, the only relationship I have with my mom is complaining to her. Im so sick of feeling like this and I need some answers from somebody who wont give up. I dont want to spend the rest of my life miserable...PLEASE HELP!

hi sweetie.. I just read ur story.. I'm so sorry u had to go thru this.. you're so young.. I'm not a pro but I worked for a GI clinic a few years back.. I will try and do my best to help ok?? u said u have lost a tremendous amount of weight, correct? and suffers constipation.. do u have fluid-like coming out when ur stool comes out? or do u see any blood in ur stool? it sounds like Crohn's Disease to me.. again, I'm not a professional so I can't diagnose or anything but go and see a GI doctor and ask him about Crohn's Disease.. email or ym me at yogirdr.. I really hope this helps.. hope u get better
