H pylori

I had h pylori a few years back which caused severe indigestion, the h pylori was eradicated with antibiotics and I started feeling better, anyway, today while I was on a train some old guy sneezed in to my hand it was so gross! There was like all saliva and flem on my hand, I wiped it with a tissue but was unable to wash my hands until I was home, after around 4 - 5 hours, is it possible my h pylori may come back as it was a while before I was able to wash my hands

And by the way, H pilori is a bacteria that usually grows in everyone's digestive tract.  Overgrowth causes some issues like sores in the digestive tract but otherwise, it's not usually problematic. good luck

You'd be more likely to get a cold virus than H pilori.  I'd try not to worry.  A little bottle of hand sanitizer in your bag helps at moments like that.  Wasn't it on the outside of your hand he sneezed the way?  Seems like only you would sneeze onto the inside of your hand that you use to wipe eyes, mouth or nose.  Anyway, I'd not worry at this point.
