HELP ME!!

i have had digestive problems for like 3 years now my symptoms are progressivly getting worse and im doing everything right. eating healthy getting exersize i quit smoking about 2 weeks ago. i also quit drinking same time. i was prescribed acid reducers i take them everyday. at first they helped but i now have heartburn again very sever. feels like something stuck in my throte. also i have been constipated for ever. very hard for me to pass stule. i have been eating extra fiber everyday and drinking LOTS of water. not healping. still have constipation. my stule is usually yellow or green consistancy of clay or dark brown pellets. i have lots and lots of gas. may not be heartburn jus gas pain once i burp which is hard for me i feel better for about 15mins then preassure comes back in my throte. i pass lots of gas in the monings and at night. does not smell bad at all. just air. ive tryed anti gas medications which dont work. ive tryed everything it seems. im just getting over swine flu and i have to deal with my stomach problems also this is a very frustrating thing for me. and i wish some one could just tell me what it is and how i can be healthy again.
let me know what u think.
thanx for your time

1 more thing could this be gastroparesis caused by inflemation of the vagus nerve? this is the closest thing i can think of that could be causing my problems. i have had them for 3 years now no joke. but they have been getting much worse in the past 5 months. and now its a constant problem.
