gluten is in everything. To avoid gluten you basically need to only eat food that says gluten free on it, or plain meat, fruit, veggies. Gluten is wheat, rye, barley.
I have been trying to eat really bland and no dairy - do not drink milk but do like other dairy but staying away. Not sure what gluten is in but thought a lot of foods. I am working on changing eating more! Thank you!
its most likely what you are eating. Something is triggering your IBS, you need to figure out what and stop eating it. My suggestion would be to avoid irritants (gluten, dairy, fatty foods).
