HIDA SCAN SHOWS NO GALLBLADDER

Hello,
My name is Kattie . I am 39 years old. All my life , I have been prone to gas . However, over the last year I have had stamach problems. Including, burning, pressure , bloating, some pain on right side, pain in middle of abdomen upper region. My primary had me on nexium, which seemed to help some. I have since switched doctors and have noticed the discomfort more.
Over the last month i have had a lot of the above symptoms which continue. Weeks ago , I had ate a fresh peach and set of an attack that lasted for 9 days of fullness, nausea, bloating, could not eat, could not sleep. , the pain radiated to my upper back. I went to the intenist and she ordered  a abdominal cat scan. It showed i had slight thickening of the gallbladder wall. She then ordered a hida scan.  After 4 hours it can back WITH NO GALLBLADDER SEEN. My physician call me that evenign and said i had acute choleosystitis . She was suprised i had no had any vomiting, or fever and imediately put me on antibotics for 14 days. After the hida scan i did eat and was extremely sick with nausea reall bad. It lasted for 2 hours and then it was gone. I contributed it to nto eating until 3:00 pm. I eat very early.
My internist acted like i was in bad shape. Of course, my surgeon appt was scheduled three weeks later.
I seen the surgeon on Tuesday and told him all my symptons and after review of my History and Physical and the hida scan , he determined the gallbladder should probaly come out . I am scheduled for surgery in a week.
My question is from the above information , do you advise me to wait since i am not in terriible pain.
Currently, I am experiencing some diarrhea last night and discomfort , a lot of gas, belching, and bloating.
I just don't want to undergo a surgey if it can be delayed and i am starting some online medical office classed too.
When the surgeon said , ''It should probaly come out"". i felt like he left it up to me to make that decision. Is that the manner in which they suggest or am I reading too much into it.
PLEASE HELP ME, I AM REALLY SCARED OF THE PAIN AFTERWARDS
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE VERY VERY APPRECIATED.

I am scheduled for surgery on Thuesday. Over the last 4-5 days , I have experienc quite a bit of naseau and dirrahea after everything i eat. It does not seem like i would even have time to digest and here it comes the diarrhea.
I wole up last night with pain in my upper back. It was burning and hard to take a deep breath without it hurting. I have also had a lot of fatique too.

Should i go ahead and continue with the surgery with these symptoms or call my surgeaon and let him know first.??

I have heard that many people deal with Gall Bladder problems with strict low fat diets and only eating certain foods and not others, put in Gall Bladder in the saerch engine and you will come up with a lot of alternative ideas, you can print out the good foods to eat Beets and Cucumber help the Gall bladder, cottage cheese low fat is another, also there is a list of foods not to eat that cuse Gall Bladder problems.. I agree with your premise at thr thought of having it removed, try the other ways first.
