Help...my pain won't let up....

I have a terrible pain that starts around my belly button and radiates to my heart area and causes pain bad pain there too.  I'm a severe Anemic and don't know whether that has anything to do with all this PAIN.  Is anyone out there having these problems?

I was recently in the hospital for a week.  Was given Iron Infusion and one Blood Transfusion.  Was suppose to get an Endoscopy done two times.  First time they feed me and I couldn't get it done.  The second time someone didn't schedule it...so I left the hospital.  The prescription they sent me home with costs $476.00 Medicare doesn't cover it...so no medicine for me.  This pain will for sure take my life.

Pain in the abdomen along with anemia may be due to internal bleeding. You could have an ulcers, an abcess, colitis, or any number of things, some serious and some not so much. You need to see a doctor ASAP. Wishing you the best.
