How to treat Klebsiella overgrowth in bowels?

I have an overgrowth of +4 Klebsiella in my bowels and i cannot find a way to get rid of it! I have been on antibiotics now for 15 days and don't feel any different. I have just been treated for Candida and Blastocystis Hominis which i can happily say i don't have anymore. But i still have symptoms from the Klebsiella, Can someone help?

I recently discovered I also had an overgrowth of klebsiella as well as citrobacter and enterobacter which I think all stemmed from a long time overgrowth of yeast in the gut (the result of an overuse of antibiotics for a sinus infection years ago that never actually went away, the antibiotics just made things alot worse). Needless to say I've been on a long journey learning alot about the health of the gut and how to clean it up and bring it into balance again. There's been moments where I thought I got rid of the yeast but then years later it returned, possibly due to many things (too much coffee, carbs, stress, etc.). Ive recently had to drastically change my diet. I'm now eating a carnivore/keto like diet. The overgrowth of bacteria eats starch so I literally cannot eat any starch (no carbs, fruit and even certain vegetables). I made the mistake of thinking it went away after a month long treatment of grapefruit seed extract and Uva Ursi and started eating carbs and that was a huge mistake. It came back with a vengeance! I finally saw a functional medicine doctor as well as an herbalist. I just finished a 3 week round of both fluconozole and bactrim (at different durations, not together). I'm feeling alot better. Apparently the yeast was still in my upper respiratory. That's been cleaned up alot from this current treatment! The bacteria is still on its way out. My strategy is to just take high potency probiotics (esp certain strains) and stick with this diet and be very very strict about it. Hopefully over the next 3 months I will feel alot better and healthier and my digestion will be perfectly healthy once again. It may take 6 months but its worth it, I just have to be patient and trust in the process. I finally realize I deserve vibrant radiant health! I hope you do too!
