hell my name is sean and i alos have that problem. Here some ideas that may help you. It' could take a long process but it will be worth. It took me 2yrs of pain, seeing 4 different doctors at 3 differnet hospitals. I found my answer at the cleveland clinic.

You could have a motility problem where your food moves too fast or to slow through your body. My motility problem came from taking augmentin 2 years ago.

This is overlooked all the time. Ask your doctor to perform a gastric empty studie on you and a esophageal manomerty. these test could  will suggest that you have problems with digesting your food. your food should stay in your stomach for 60-90 minutes ebefore it pushes it through your small intestine. Mine was rarted at 55 minutes mildly empting problem.
Don't ask your doctor, tell him in the nicest way that you would like to have these test done.  I finally gave up on my local doctors and went to the Cleveland Clinic. Great place

Thanks for reading this.i hope it help please let me know how it went...dont leave his or her office until the tested are scheduled. No i have to find what is causeing my stomach to empty to fast. good luck to you.
Eat smaller meals eat slower dont drink from straws anymore. start drinking water instead of pop. Start takeing multi-vitim. walk once a day for your stomach.
I'm on Bentyl it help with the muscle spasms in me stomach and helps with the bloating.

Upper abdominal bloating (and burping) is mostly due to H. pylori infection. Lower abdominal bloating (and flatulence) can be from excess fibers, lactose intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, diverticulitis...or IBS.

So, you can have a test for H. pylori.
You can have a lactose-free diet trial for a couple of days (no dairy products at all). If this doesn't help, try to limit fibers in your diet (mainly fruits, raw vegetables and cereals). If still nothing, cut down sugars (sweets, soda), potatoes, and alcohol, including beer.
