I am diagnosed with hepatitis b?

I am diagnosed with hepatitis b. Reports show high alt 91and hep b e antigen negative with s antigen positive. Moreover, my viral load is 2807 IU/ml.. Abdominal ultrasound shows normal report and even I do not have any symptom. I have an appointment with heptologist in coming week.My gp said that heptologist may start antiviral treatment.can you please tell me that my condition is worse, because I am worried by searching on internet like liver cancer , cirrhosis etc...Please help me in an explanation of my condition,it's stage?
