I also have should blade problem. It aches. I am now taking Tecta pantoprazole. Also have to go for Barium drink test, never had that before. Also scope down the throat, that isnt sounding to nice. I had to wait four months for ultrasound wonder how long this will take. Did go to naturepath, she thought galbladder, regular Doc things ulcers. Wish someone could just make up their mind, then we could do something about it. Thanks for all your replies.

Hi, you have a sluggish digestive system. Take swedish bitters 10 minutes before you eat. It will make the liver produce bile and help your body to produce more of its own digestive enzymes. Digestive enzymes break down your carbs, proteins, fats, starches, cellulose etc. This will stimulate your digestive system to move. Digestive bitters may be all you need or you might need to do more than this.I would take it one step at a time. You can find swedish bitters at the health food store.Stimulating the liver to produce bile is important , because the bile emulsifies the food. If the bile is coming out just a little bit and there is not enough to emulsify food, you are going to feel that rock feeling.I dont think there is anything seriously wrong with you because this occurs right after you eat. However, you need to get that bile going so you dont end up with gall stones that sometimes the doctor cant detect and that can cause alot of problems. Then you get a domino effect where one thing goes wrong and that causes something else to go wrong. Next thing you know you are on 10 medications and the mohammad Ali of mental illness. Nip it the bud.
