I have some kind of stomach illness..

I have pain in the left side of my stomach, feels like a stomach ache, except unlike a typical stomach ache the pain never stops, I've also vomited twice, these symptoms started about 3 hours ago, no otther symptoms that I'm aware of, what could this be?

Are you still experiencing the pain in the right side of your stomach? If so, I would suggest you go to an Urgent Care Clinic even if you still have no other symptoms, but any pain that has continued non-stop for over 24 hours needs to be evaluated by a doctor.

Sorry...……….LEFT side of your stomach. Right side I may have suggested appendicitis

No, not since that day, the left side of my stomach started to hurt continuously, and I literally mean continuously, for a few hours straight, then it stopped, I rested for a few hours, it began hurting again, continuously, for about an hour then stopped again and hasn't returned. Thanks for asking, I wasn't sure anyone would find my post because I don't think my question was posted on the main page for posts for some reason? And I still wonder what the illness was.
