You will never ever rid yourself of the infection. You can only count on a remission. The bacterial infection will become encapsulated in biofilms. The drug protocol is lengthy and hard. Never miss a medication.  Never ever! Make sure you are being treated by a tb specialist and follow their instructions exactly. You may require a bowel resection. Contrary to popular belief tb is not necessarily a lung disease. Good luck.
