Severe stomach pain and green stool

Hi I am here in desperate need I have been having severe stomach pain and bright green watery diarrhea and bad headache and nausea for about a week now and nothing is helping this hit me all of a sudden out of nowhere and it gets so bad sometimes I can't move I'm in so much pain I've tried every available over the counter meds, clear liquid diet and some prescription drugs too nothing helps but it's weird because the pain goes away completely sometimes for a few hours with no help at all and when.I am in pain I can't hold anything down not even my own stomach acid but when it goes away I can eat anything no problem I don't have a clue what is going on here I'm sick of it and I can't get medical help cause all the doctors I've seen just said I was a junkie looking for pills and refused to do anything for me please somebody help me
