Loose stools / diarrhea one month after finishing Azithromycin (z-pack)

I was on a 7 day course of Azithromycin for a bacterial infection I picked up while traveling. My stools had been normal (even during the onset of the infection) until my last dose of the antibiotic. Within 2 hours of taking my final dose, I had explosive, watery diarrhea. I took imodium to stop this.  Ever since that last dose, I have had loose, sludge-like movements. It has now been a month since my last dose and I am still experiencing loose stools. They are not watery, just very loose and urgent (2 to 3 movements within 2 hours in the AM). My abdominal cramps have subsided. I have been taking probiotics the entire time and already tested negative twice for c-diff, parasites, etc.. I had two seemingly formed stools for two days recently, and then today back to loose sludge. Has anyone else had diarrhea for this long after taking antibiotics?
