Lots of Symptoms that don't seem to be linked but might be?

I am in my early twenties and have been experiencing digestive issues for over 3 years now. It used to be managed by watching what i ate and drinking herbal tea to settle my stomache. Now I find nothing is really working any more and just about any type of food can set me off. I have stomache cramps, diarrhea, digestive problems, I also get these waves of nausea that will suddenly come out of no where, as well as the absence of my menstral cycle which is now heading into its 6th month and there is no sign of pregnancy, and my husband and I have tried for 2 years to get pregnant and we're getting nothing. Is there any link between these symptoms and issues i'm having?
