Lower Right Pain in Abdomen with severe gas and pain with it

Not sure whats wrong... Need help who do I see and is in important to go now? I have had all my life and been in and out of the doctors for server stomach pain, now that I am an adult I just deal with it cause of no insurance but the pain has become scary and too much to deal with. The pain starts deep with in my stomach with pinching and tingling that shoots to my chest, followed by pain in the lower right side of my abdomen (which is the worst pain ) that constantly shoots to the left then back to the right and it feels like bubbles or a knife in my side. 3 days ago it was followed with server gas that smelled really bad and to put it blunt it hurts real bad to pass gas and to burp. Been to the doctors but not the gas doctor, the ER told me it might be heart burn or acid reflux disease, but had the test and it wasn't the cause, went back and they guessed again and said it might be IBS or crones disease and must get checked soon well that was 8 months ago and don't think I should if its not serious should I go or where should I go?  No its not constipation been going and its usually hard , or diarrhea the coloring has been light brown but lately changed to dark brown and sometimes black.....

it even hurts to use the bathroom sometimes totally lost and confused scared of it being serious and thinking of living with the pain

is this a cause of alarm and do I need to go to the doctor ASAP

I hop by now you have seen a DR who has figured this out but if not you REALLY need to see a Gastroenteroligist. Sounds like you could have a bleeding ulcer or even celiac disease. Definitely need to see a specialist. It could be more serious that just gas pains. Good Luck

I sort of think if you haven't had either an ultrasound or a scan, either a CAT scan or an MRI scan, maybe you should think about having one of those done, with the ultrasound the cheapest but least revealing.  See, the black stool sort of bothers me because it can indicate bleeding in the small intestine, which is not good.  Of course, the stool can look real dark when it's just hard stool.  Hard stool indicates some constipation, which extra water, fiber, and exercise can clear that up.  And constipation can cause gas pains, which can hurt a whole lot.  Those would be my ideas.
