What can I tell my 30 year old daughter who vomit and pops at the same time

My daughter has had problems with her stomach for a while but it seems to get worse now . Every second week she said she throws up and poop at the same time . She’s been watching her food of course and has been to doctors already with no diagnostic. She said her hearth beat is very high and of course she is sweating profusely . I feel terrible as she lives far away And does not have a doctor where she’s at . This has been going on fir a while now but is definitely getting worse. Any advise . Thank you
