New Adrenal Insufficiency diagnosis

Was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency 4 weeks ago in the hospital after having a TIA stroke. I've been on prednisone since. When in the hospital I started to notice a sharp pain on my left side stomach just under my ribs. I am still having this pain not as sharp but very noticeable and constant. Not nauseated or sick to my stomach just pain in the exact same spot always.
WHAT IS IT??  I keep seeing abdominal pain listed under crisis. But nothing says what is causing the pain????
Help anyone please

i had that exact same pain.  when i pointed to the spot the doctor said 'you don't have anything there', meaning no major organs.  i just sighed and left.  i then googled that pain and the first thing that came up was diverticulitis.  i had recently had a colonoscopy that showed i had that.  if  you have never had one, i suggest you ask for one.  it is very painful
