Nissen Fundoplcation, pain after eating

I had my surgury 2 1/2 year ago my reflux was extreme at that time but is still under controll.  But now when I eat I have pain in the upper center (just below the bra line) front of my chest this happens everytime I eat.  I try to eat smaller meals, chew my food well and nothing seem to help.  I may also be IBS lately after I eat bloating, food runs right though me.  I eat salad 3 times in 3 day, it was very bad after that...

I also have a lot of stress in my life could it possible be an ulser?  what would I look for?

Nancy

The biliary system can continue to cause problems even after the GB has been removed. Sludge and stones can be produced long after the GB is gone. They can also be found within the bile duct after being 'lost' during surgery. Problems with the GB can result in unregulated release of bile and that can lead to problems with diarrhea and food 'running right through you.'

Recheck with your doc on the status of your wrap, just to be sure the feeling isn't a problem with reflux. You may also want to ask your doc to check you out for possible gallbaldder issues.
