Pain In Chest/Upper Abdomen Right Side Below Ribs

Hi. Yesterday evening I began having this dull pain in my chest/upper abdomen on the right side a bit below my ribs. Now I have to walk hunched or lie down to avoid the pain, it's been going on for about 10 hours now. The area isn't tender to the touch, but if I press it, it hurts. So far I have no other symptoms, although a few days ago I still had this occasional sharp needle like pain in the area between my scrotum and rectum when urinating/flatulence, could've been the urethra, that occured after drinking a bad Red Bull and had been going on for 2 weeks but has gone away now. Dunno if these two are related somehow.

What could it be? I believe the pancreas, liver and gallbladder is in the area where the pain is.

Sounds like Gall Bladder, cholic, its all to do with what you are eating, dont eat late in the eve, avoid fatty foods, certainly cut down the red bull and caffeine , it will ease up, it is the foods you eat and drink that are triggering it, if it continues there are tests to find out if it is gall bladder.Beets and Cucumber help also mint tea, less food. good luck
