Pain in Right Side of Abdomen

I have pain in the right side of my abdomen, near my belly button, it feels like I need to vomit. However I don't. It also hurts when I deep breathe. I have swelling in the abdomen too and its tender to the touch. Any ideas what this could be?

Are you able to use the washroom still? Could be some type of blockage or gas? I tend to have gall bladder attacks and the pain hovers around my belly button and I can't breathe.

Hopefully it all cleared up and you're okay!

It's possible it could be a hernia, however the only way to really know will be to check with your physician.
