Pain under right rib cage

I am 20 years old. 4 months ago i had my gall bladder removed. But about a week ago i have been really with pain in between my rib cage and under my right under rib cage.. I was with diarrhea and nausea for like 5 days. And it more at night time. Do you know what could be causing this pain??

Also i had to stay in hospital for 1 week because my liver number were really high..
Thank you
Judith

I get that too.. and in pain right now!!! also with cold chills, feel really weak, gas, normally I have the diarrhea but not this time.. also better when I stand.. about a yr ago I too had elevated liver enzymes, but nothing showed up.. did bunch of test and ultrasound of my liver all came back neg. I had my g-bladder out 10 yrs ago and I have had this going one since then usually in the middle of the night or early in the am.. I feel so wiped out after it lets up b/c its soo intense, the pain makes ya want to curl up till it passes but that makes it worse..

Sorry to hear about this so young. I also posted a mess. kind of same problem except I know why I had pain after. I had bile leaks which led to dibilatating pain and I was very sick throwing up it was that bad if you thought gallbladder pains were bad it paled in comparison to that. My liver enzymes were also elevated and they had to put a stint in my liver with a procedure called ERCP. Something still not right thus my question above, I sure hope your problem is not the same. I would ask questions relating to bile ducts and CT Scan, MRI with contrast. I wish you well stay strong prayers with you.
