The difference between bottled water and tap water is a couple of nutrients. These nutrients do very very little in your body. There are some places where entire communities only drink bottled water, because the tap water is not healthy. There are all these rumors going out around that bottled water can cause all types of problems from cancer to kidney stones. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I personally believe that these things are not true.
Also please explain why bottled water is not a sound reason for lowering the immune system.

Exactly 1 month ago, my lymphocytes were at 15. That was approximately Another 1 month after i started drinking STRICTLY bottled water, for various reasons. i Think, and am very sure, that this is the cause of my low lymphocytes. i have since Stopped drinking bottled water. Im hoping ill see a rise in my levels when i get my full blood count redone. I dont know how long it will take to Undo, what ive done to myself, unknowingly.
