Please HELP!

I'm 16 years old. For 4 years now I have had stomach problems. I wake up in the morning from nausea, not long after i get diarrhea, my whole pelvic area feels like its in knots, along with my abdomen. Most of the time i will retch for about 20 minutes throwing up white foam or stomach bile. Up until the middle of the day i feel really week, have no appetite, and cant eat without getting nauseous. Throughout the day i get horrible pains in my upper right quadrant. Underneath my right rib cage. my joints are always sore, and my right side of my back and shoulder, (parallel to my gallbladder), gets really sore with a hot stinging sensation. I have been to a GI doctor and had 2 upper endoscopy's, a flex sig, and a colon endoscopy. Nothing came back besides ulcers. I had a hyda scan done, and my gallbladder is functioning correctly. I also had an xray to check for malrotation, which was negative. I have been checked for celiac disease and crohns but nothing showed. Can someone please give me some direction as to what this could be?

Ok, then I would recommend the upper GI series.

I would recommend asking your doctor to perform an upper GI series.  Did they take biopsies during your endoscopy?

Well, there was about a month period when i couldn't eat anything but toast, so I didn't have lactose. And about a year ago i went on a gluten free diet. I'm not completely sure about the upper GI small bowel, but i know they have checked my small bowel. I'm just not sure how they went about it.

Did you eliminate them 100% without any cheating for at least 2 weeks for lactose and 2 months for gluten?  Have you had an upper GI small bowel follow through?

I have tried eliminating those things, and have a food allergy test coming up. But i rarely eat as it is from all my symptoms. Another thing i forgot to mention is that I have a low grade fever everyday and headaches as well. I will get the fever even if i feel fine at the moment. My fever is usually between 99 and 100.5. I don't know if that helps you out with knowing anything different.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I woudl recommend trying eliminating different foods from your diet.  First I would recommend trying to eliminate 100% of all lactose for 2 weeks.  You could also try eliminating 100% of all gluten for 2 months to see if that helps.  I would also recommend you ask for an upper GI small bowel follow through (sometimes called a swallow study with follow through).
