Please help. Vomiting daily.

I am new to this forum as I feel completely hopeless and found you guys!  For the past 7 1/2 months I vomit almost daily, usually in the early evening hours.  I have not had any major changes in my life.  If anything, I exercise better now, and eat a lot healthier.  I have been to every doctor imaginable.  ENT, Gynecologist, Gastroenterologist, PC, you name it.  I have had test after test done.  Ultrasounds, Cat scans, blood work, etc.  They can mot seem to find out what is wrong with me.  Daily, my upper and lower stomach will swell throughout the day to where I look 8 months pregnant by 6pm.  I have extreme heart burn all day long.  So sorry to be so graphic, but when I do “get sick” it’s yellow/orangish with little brown strings almost.  Sorry!  Just thought more details might help??  I stopped eating anything fried, fatty, greasy, fruit juices, and daily products.  Mostly eat chicken, fish, and vegetables.  I finally was so frustrated as to not knowing what was going on that I went to a homeopathic doctor and he immediately said it was Candida.  I took the pills he suggested and it seemed to ease to bloating pain and vomiting a little bit, however, after 3 weeks or so, it’s all back and even worse now.  My life seems to revolve around this, and I just don’t know where to turn.  Any ideas would be very helpful.  Thank you so much for your time.

if you are throwing up brown stuff then u need to go back to the doc and tell them this as that could indicate blood which is serious. it could be some sort of GERD prob which wouldnt show up on tests. have they done an endoscopy or barium enema?

If the homeopathic doc thought it was Candida, then you could go to your regular doc, get some repeat bloodwork done looking for that or any other infection all over again, and ask for mainstream medicines to treat it whether or not they find it in the bloodwork.  Also, they ought to do an endoscope, where they put a little camera and light tube into your mouth and have a look-see at your tummy and even various ducts further along that may be clogged up, like those with the liver and pancreas and gallbladder.  The scans and ultrasounds should have picked up on that, though.

One thing the scan and ultrasound wouldn't have seen, though, is if the little valve at the bottom of the stomach, that controls food emptying out of the tummy and on into the rest of the digestive tract, it may not be functioning right.  The test for that is to do the endoscope thing I described, to look right at that valve, and also to do a stomach emptying test, where they figure out how fast your stomach is letting food go down.  There are treatments for this.  It makes sense when you think about it, because as the day wears on, the more food you eat, and if that valve isn't letting food go down, your stomach is going to upchuck it all because it doesn't have anymore room.

Also, there's a chance some medication is doing this to you, so have your doc review all side effects of all your drugs, in particular those that produce "dry mouth," and have him change that medicine to another more milder kind.
