What is the standard of care for DOSAGE of URSODIOL for PSC?

Thank you.   I asked the question because a former physician had me on a lower dose and am interested in knowing whether it is better to be on the lower dose or the dose I am on now.  I was at approx. 86 Kg. on a dose of 300 mg twice per day and have been moved to 500 mg twice per day.   I would point out that I am aware the studies conclude conflicting things on this issue, which may render the ultimate answer not within reach.  
  I think you again for your answer.  At your rate, I am still some 290 mg under what that dose recommendation is per day--if the 15 mg is used.  If the 13 mg is used, I would be 118 mg under dose per day.

Hi, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is given at a dose of 13–15 mg/kg/day. According to studies done, long-term high-dose UDCA therapy is associated with improvement in serum liver tests in PSC but does not improve survival and was associated with higher rates of serious adverse events.
