Eating Problems

I have been having trouble with eating for about the past 2 weeks. I wake up and am automatically hungry but I feel nauseous too. However, I get hungry, when I go to eat I'm having trouble actually putting the food in my mouth. I am tending to not like anything I eat and feel nauseous with food in my mouth. What could this be ?? .. and if it helps, I've gained about 6 lbs (even though I've hardly been eating!)

I think you should try eat even if you dont feel like it. You probably are feeling sick because you havnt ate and your stomach is empty and just full of acid. so i would recommend you to try eat regularlly, it may make you feel sick at first but the more you start eating normally it will soon go away as yout body will get used to the food again. Also you probably have gained weight as your metabolism has slowed down. eating regular meals will speed up your metaboloism. I hope this is a help to you! :)

um, i've had the same problem off and on. i havent found a way to cure it, but my best advice would be to try to eat healthy, even if you cant eat much. and eat whenever possible. you may have gained weight from not excercizing. i think you should maybe see about talking to a doctor.
