RLQ pain

RLQ pain - intermittent.  10 weeks. Most pronounced supine.  Pulling/achy when erect. No pain sitting, no matter what position.  No other symptoms.  CT scan - diffuse upper abd. panniculitis.  Mesenteric adenitis, adenopathy.  Bilateral pelvic adenopathy.  All organs normal.  No appendix, gall bladder.  PET scan - few, scattered precervical nodes SUV < 2.2.  Some suggestion of increased attenuation central mesetery. Some degeneration mid & lower spine.  No FDG avid malignancy.  Colonoscopy - clear.  Endoscopy - 3 small ulcers (asymptomatic).  Any thoughts or suggestions?

smitty100 - Thank you for your suggestion.  However, my symptom is not associated with pancreatitis at all.  Wrong location, wrong type of pain.

Pancreas function test. A major player in digestion. Get it checked.
