i have had constipation issues in the past one day it took me two hours to go to the bathroom not joking it was big and hard so i went and got some philpps stool softener to help but then a week later my actual anal hole was burning and itching i thought that it was not cleaning correctly so i made sure to clean that are very well when going and when i get in the bathtub washing this area one day i noticed that my actual anal hole on one side was a little tender which i thought it was cause of cleaning to rough but 3 days ago a lump the size of half a pea on the actual anal hole where it closed in that same spot it is not on the skin it is inside of my anal it was hurting but it is not now i have no insurance and a college student so i can not go to the doctor at this moment this is scary and the first time this has happened to me i been taking baths with alcohol and taking the stool softener so it would be a little easier for me to go what is this and what should i do help

The "lump" is an external hemorroid - you can get rid of that with the usual Germoloids type stuff, usually.  (It may come back next time you over-strain, of course).
As usual I'm going to recommend either enemas (disposable or real), or bisacodyl suppositories, rather than oral laxatives because they're less likely to have side-effects and they work quicker.

It sounds like you have a hemorrhoid. This can happen when you strain to use the bathroom. There are over the counter medications you can use and buy at almost any store in the pharmacy department.
