Rectal bleeding (might be caused by sudden excercising or gastric)

I'm facing rectal bleeding with stool (fresh blood and brighter color) for last 3 days after I have started exercising for last 3 days. I'm almost a skinny guy (If it's not skinny, it's thin..Weight: 145 lbs, height: 5'10).

I was studying about 'weight gaining' and got the suggestions likely to be: "Eating calories and vegetable fats little more and moderate weight lifting." I'm trying to eat more and have started some exercises like Running, chest down, lifting weight and some other basic exercises. I don't and didn't have any good habit of exercising before, so what I started was new for me.

Additionally I have gastric related problems too as I don't have any scheduled meal and sleep routine. I feel stomach pains very often. But, this problem wasn't new..

So, I'm guessing the blood with stool is caused from starting exercises. I don't know anything about medications and also don't know what is GI which might have effect on it. I would like to know is there any chance that what I'm thinking is correct? If yes, then will it be normal if I continue exercising regularly or would I have to get some medication. And if no, then what are potential causes for it...?

Thank you for reading the whole boring post...looking forward to have some useful suggestions..

Sounds like a good plan.

Did a little experiment last two days. Didn't exercise and the result was no blood with stool. Now thinking to do exercise 2 or 3 times a week and eat more fiber rich foods.

If you look at the article carefully, it says that rectal bleeding is usually caused by something else and for exercising to cause rectal bleeding, the exercising needs to be very extreme over-exercising.  A high-fiber diet might help if the problem is constipation.

Nope, can't remember any constipation recently. I'm almost sure that the sudden exercise caused it. This link says it too: http://www.livestrong.com/article/395768-rectal-bleeding-over-exercising

Should I stop exercising or reduce the level at very low? Can any diets help?

Thanks

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Rectal bleeding could be caused by many different things.  This could be related to the recent exercise changes or it could be unrelated.  I would recommend seeing your doctor about this.  Have you been constipated recently?
