Help needed desperately

I have a 10 year old son who has been experiencing abdominal pain for several months now. In Jan he tested ositive for Giardia which has been treated and confirmed as cleard. He also had his gallbladder remove - which stopped the vomiting 5 times a day. But afterward he started having pain on his left side. He has had endoscopy, colonoscopy and upper GI and nothing found. Lymph nodes where inflamed in a CT scan. His blood work is still showing inflammation but now the drs are just calling Fuctional Abdominal pain or IBS. To me it seems like more is going on but I don't know what else to try. By the way we have tried antispamatic and antidepressant pain meds and they do not help.

Thanks for the suggestions, we did food allergy testing last week and go back this week to discuss with the dr. His tongue looks normal. He has been tested for Celiac disease but that came back negative.

things to look into would be a food allergy, gluten allergy. Also, what does his tongue look like? By any chance does it look like it has a white fuzzy coat? If so, he could have a candida overgrowth.
